JM3 Lacrosse is led by Jamie Munro, who has been at the forefront of coaching instruction for many years now. His YouTube channel, JM3 Sports - Lacrosse, is where I found this instruction video.
A few weeks back we introduced the concepts of the ‘Backer Zone’ defense in Women’s lacrosse, so I thought it would be interesting to see the other side of the equation . . . how a top offense attacks it. This video is Jamie’s analysis of the Syracuse Women’s approach, which is called the 43 Weave (there are 7 attackers on offense, and they go through 4- and 3-woman patterns). Gary Gait was the Syracuse Women’s head coach when this was produced.
The video is 10 minutes long, enjoy the insight!
