The Big East Men’s Recap

Ponte Vedra’s Joe Taraboletti started 2 of the 13 games he played in for Denver and contributed from the midfield.

IMG’s Chris Caldwell might have been snubbed for All-Big East on defense with those stats, after starting 4 of the 14 games he played in.

St Thomas’ Christopher Testa played in 9 games but struggled at the faceoff dot for the Pioneers.

Delray’s Kade Goldberg started 8 of the 17 games he played in for Georgetown, as the Hoyas made it to the quarterfinals. As the season went on, his contributions rose. He has entered the Transfer Portal, but I’ve seen no decision yet on where he landed.

IMG’s Ronny Sires did not play this season for Marquette.

Lake Highland’s Chris Jaskiewicz played in all 15 games for Providence and produced some offense out of the midfield for the Friars.

Lake Mary’s Mitch Campbell started 12 of the 15 games he played at St. John’s and produced significantly on attack/midfield for the Red Storm. I did not see an All-Freshman team for the conference, but he would have been a candidate for it.

IMG’s Jack Schirtzer was injured and did not play, so he likely will be a redshirt freshman next season.
